Chicken tenders lightly marinated in a sherry wine combined with sliced ham and swiss cheese wrapped inside puff pastry and baked, then topped with broccoli and our made from scratch sherry cream sauce.
This is a unique entrée. This boneless breast of chicken is marinated in a C&H blend of sauces that bring the southeast and the far east together. It tastes of soy and BBQ with hints of pineapple and ginger. It is served with holiday rice and pineapple.
This is another favorite. Boneless breast of chicken marinated in white wine and grilled, then served on top of linguine noodles in a spinach wine cream sauce. It is garnished with mozzarella cheese and fresh spinach.
A slightly spicy grilled boneless breast of chicken topped with cheddar cheese and bacon bits then baked. It is served in a BBQ style cheese sauce.
This is a signature entrée. This boneless chicken breast is marinated in a blend of zesty seasoning and marsala wine and dusted lightly with flour. We grill it, then place on top of penne pasta with a spicy marsala cream sauce.
Chicken Ranch Pasta
We can’t make enough of this casserole. Bite sized cooked chicken and rotini pasta blended with cheddar and mozzarella cheese in a heavy ranch dressing, then baked.
Boneless breast of chicken breaded with our unique blend of jalapeno corn bread and bread crumbs. We grill it and serve on top of stir-fry rice, corn, onions, peppers and our special seasoning that gives it a little kick.
A floured boneless breast of chicken dipped in our blend of mango juice and seasonings then grilled. It is served with a sautéed blend of fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and red onions on a bed of gourmet rice and mango chunks.

Pork ribs simmered with spices and vegetables, then baked tender in our special glaze of pineapple, soy sauce and brown sugar.
New England Dinner
Tender cooked cabbage under sliced corned beef topped with our signature parsley mustard glaze. Served with steamed potatoes and carrots.
A favorite. A fried veal patty topped with a sauce of tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, peppers and onions. It is seasoned with thyme and oregano with hints of basil. Then it is baked with mozzarella cheese and a slice of fresh tomato on top.
Carolina Pot Roast
Beef chuck roll cooked tender in a beef stock and red bliss potatoes, carrots and onions. Perfectly seasoned. Some people just buy the vegetables.
Steak & Shrimp
Sometimes we can’t cook this fast enough. Tender ball-tip sirloin and shrimp stir-fried with mushrooms and sugar snaps in an exceptional sauce. It is served on top of gourmet rice.
Tender slices of beef top round sautéed in our own blend of seasonings, then rolled into a floured tortilla shell with fresh tomatoes, refried beans and cheddar cheese. Then we bake and cover in our slightly spicy white American jalapeno cheese sauce.
